If you prefer, you are more than welcome to arrive 20 minutes early on the day of your appointment and complete the forms in the office.

What Time Should I Come To My Appointment?

Please make sure you come to your appointment 10 minutes early. We want to make sure we have all the required paper work so your visit will be a great experience.

 

What Do I Need To Bring To My Appointment?

Please bring your insurance information and any other important documents that we may need.

 

May My Minor Child Come To His First Appointment Without A Parent Or Legal Guardian?

We prefer that the parent or legal guardian be present during the check in.

 

Will I Need To Pay?

We do ask that you pay for your portion at the time of service.

 

How Long Will My Appointment Be?

Cleanings usually last an hour and 30 minutes. The average time for other visits will depend on the treatment you are receiving.

 

Is There Something For My Other Children To Do While the Others Are In Their Appointments?

We do have a play area for children, however we do ask that children not receiving treatment are supervised at all times.

 

What Is The Treatment Plan That I Receive At The End Of My Visit?

The treatment plan is a detailed report of all the treatment we recommend to restore or maintain your oral health.
